Our partner psychometrist will analyze your job specification or vacancy and advise which assessments should be completed based on the role and its level. You, as the client, can then decide what suits your needs best.

V Report and CHC Consulting operate in a bespoke manner to provide you, the client, with the best outcomes while interacting with candidates and explaining the process for a stress-free and beneficial experience. All reports are provided in simple language for ease of understanding.

Complimentary candidate reports will be supplied to the candidate upon completion. Should you require a detailed meeting with our psychometrist, it can be arranged for R1500.00 ex VAT. An integrated summary report covering both the candidate and the role can also be provided for R950.00 ex VAT.

Situational Judgement Tests

Situational Judgement Tests (or SJTs) are an elegant way to find out exactly how your candidates will behave in their role. Presented with hypothetical workplace scenarios, candidates are asked to identify the most appropriate response to the given situation. As well as being a valuable tool for predicting future job performance, SJTs provide you with an insight into the candidate’s approach and decision-making style, whilst simultaneously providing them with a realistic job preview.
